WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

* Assisting with warehouse or on-site project inventory loading, unloading, and management.
* Problem solving and working to deadlines with fantastic organization skills.
* Multi-tasking and prioritizing, you will work across a number of activities with tight deadlines.
* Graphic installation:
* Experience with vinyl and various window film substrate applications
* First and second surface vinyl installation experience
* Installation of commercial sign and vehicle wraps/graphics packages as well as various adhesive backed media
* Experience with Permanent wayfinding and signage installation
* Retail Point of sale applications
* Printed Fabrics and build of aluminum frames that take printed fabrics.
* Large scale PVC banner and polyester installations.
* Outfitting entire venue tent interiors with graphic walling.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

* Prior graphic installation experience
* Hard-working and reliable, an ability to think on your feet and learn on-the-go
* Proven ability to work as part of a team
* 3M Installation certification preferred, but not required
* Prior event experience
* Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding and lifts
* Excellent communications skills - verbal, written and presentation
* Time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds
* Light Carpentry skills (i.e. experience with power tools, hand tools, framework installation and basic safety regulations)
* Valid driver's license
* Comfortable driving cargo vans and box trucks
* Forklift certified, or willingness to learn/become certified
