Paul Davis Restoration is the country's leader in disaster restoration and is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team.

As a Reconstruction Specialist, you will be responsible for small reconstruction projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Drywall
* Painting
* Trim
* Baseboards
* Tile
* Flooring including engineered glue down, tile, laminate, carpet
* Cabinets

Skills:

* Passionate about delivering high quality finished product

* Communicates effectively and professionally
* Excellent customer service skills
* Driven by personal and collective team success
* Strong integrity and moral values
* Takes initiative with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in Microsoft Outlook
* Experience in Next Gear (RMS)

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

* Ability to climb a ladder
* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
* Ability to work in confined spaces in various environmental conditions
* Ability to work around a variety of chemicals
* Ability to follow established safety practices including the proper use of PPE

Requirements:

* Clean driving record and valid driver's license
* Willing to submit to background check
* Willing to submit to drug test
