Palace Entertainment is a leading leisure park operator in the United States and Australia overseeing more than 25 entertainment venues, hotels and educational venues across 11 different states.

Palace Entertainment owns and operates some of the country's largest and most prestigious venues including: National Historic Landmark, Kennywood Park, America's Oldest Amusement Park, Lake Compounce, the world's first ever Cartoon Network Hotel, Best Family Theme Park Dutch Wonderland and a variety of other family-friendly parks and campgrounds throughout the United States.

Palace Entertainment is a subsidiary of Parques Reunidos, one of the leading global operators, with more than 60 different assets (theme parks, zoos and marine parks, water parks and other attractions), spread out over various countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.

Bartenders are responsible for the cleanliness and serving of food and drink at all bar locations throughout the park. All Wisconsin State and Noah's Ark serving policies and laws must be followed. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Noah's Ark - Bartender - Seasonal

Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

* Prepares drinks and limited food menu items
* Communicate and interact with Guests in a friendly and courteous manner
* Adhere to Servesafe handling and sanitation procedures
* Serve Guests in a friendly, professional manner
* Handle financial transactions on cash registers
* Maintain appearance of bar area by periodic daily cleaning
* Executes nightly closing procedures including cleaning bar area and counting tills
* Assist in other departments as needed
* Performs any additional duties instructed by Lead, Supervisor, or Manager

Other

* Endure long hours of continuous work on your feet
* Capability to lift moderate weight (10-40 lbs)
* Ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist
* Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
* Maintain confidentiality of park operations and revenue at all times
* Ability to speak comfortably with guests and provide general park knowledge
* Demonstrate basic math skills associated with operating a cash register
* Comply to all uniform policies
* Demonstrate excellent Guest Service
