Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Experience: 4+ years in a clinic setting in family practice, 2+ years in OB/GYN, Previous travel experience preferred
License: Current and valid LPN license in New Hampshire
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in basic office skills and data entry preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC applications
- Experience in surgical scheduling and procedures preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Sensitivity to diverse cultures and cultural differences
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal directions
- Demonstrated flexibility to cover for vacations and absences

Job Description:
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Required to work two of the following: Post-Thanksgiving Friday, Post-Christmas Thursday/Friday, or Post-New Year Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
- Provide high-quality healthcare by adhering to values of Excellence, Compassion, Accountability, and Collaboration
- Adapt to a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
- Responsible for coordinating primary care, pediatrics, gynecology, occupational health, laboratory, X-ray, mammography, and rehabilitative services
- Must demonstrate knowledge of community services and resources
- Use electronic medical records, specifically EPIC
- Must have own vehicle for assignments across locations
- Commitment to improving community welfare through healthcare services
