Working Hours: 5 days a week (8:00am - 4:00 or 4:30pm)

Sunday - Thursdays, Monday - Thursday, Tuesday - Saturday with rotating weekends

Keystone is proud to offer a full continuum of recovery services, including assessments, medical detoxification, rehabilitation and continuing care. Services are grounded in the 12-Steps and a number of evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are designed to meet the unique needs of the patient who are entrusted in our care.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Under supervision, assists in all facets of patient care including admission process, orientation, assessment, treatment planning and discharge.

* Conduct assessments on each assigned patient.
* Develop measurable treatment plans based on assessment.
* Conduct or assist in group therapy sessions.
* Conduct individual counseling sessions with patient and significant others, as needed.
* Design, develop and implement educational sessions.
* Participate in updating and summarizing treatment plans at clinical staffing.
* Make appropriate entries in the clinical records to document ongoing progress of patients.
* Conduct appropriate referral and plans for discharge and aftercare.
* Conduct orientation with assigned patients and document in the appropriate area of the patient record.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:

* Associates Degree
* Addiction Counselor Trainee (minimum) through the SD BAPP.

Available Hours

This is a full time position working 8 hour days five days a week with rotating weekends every 7 weeks.
