Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
- Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices for teens or adults.

- $500 Annual Reimbursement for Trainings, CEU’s or Licensing Fees

- Competitive Compensation Our Behavioral Health Therapists average $116,467 a year, working 4 days a week. Our top 5 therapists average $135,759+, working 4 days a week.
- Health Insurance- 3 medical plan options with employer contribution (for employee and dependents) towards medical, dental, prescription, and vision insurance. Including acupuncture, chiropractic, and orthodontia coverage through Pacific Source (available the 1st of the month following employment).
- FSA- Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
- HSA- High deductible health plan option with HSA and company contribution into HSA.
- Supplemental Insurance- Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Accident and Hospital Insurance.
