Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic tests. Involves patients and their families in care and treatment decisions. Collaborates on improvements in care delivery and service with staff, other physicians, and management. Initiates appropriate specialty referrals, working with AMG resources to ensure continuity of care for patients.
