Our unique environment offers a rewarding career path for LPNs with two years of experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare facility.
LPN JOB DUTIES – SUMMARY
• Monitor vital signs and overall well-being of residents.
• Administer medication, manage IVS, and provide wound care according to facility and state regulations.
• Provide a wide range of patient care under the supervision of an RN or healthcare practitioner.
• Document the care provided to patients or residents.
• Other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Valid LPN State license
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Flexible with multitasking skills
• Two years of experience is preferred.
• Collaborative work ethic with the ability to follow directions.
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry
Compensation and Shifts:
LPN Pay range: $28.75- $35.00/hr.
Overtime, holiday pay, are available.
Flexible shift options are available Monday through Friday
Good nurse-to-patient ratios between day and night shifts
