Hourly Pay: $20.00 (with review and potential pay increase after 90 days)

Schedule:

* Monday-Thursday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
* Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
* Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with flexibility)

About the Role:

As a Night Laborer, youll be an essential part of our team, ensuring our fleet is well-maintained and supporting the smooth operation of our automotive shop. This position is perfect for individuals looking to build a long-term career and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist mechanics with routine maintenance and repairs.
* Clean and wash trucks and heavy equipment.
* Perform general yard and shop labor duties.
* Provide coverage at the Puyallup fuel island.
* Prepare honey bucket trucks by stocking essentials (toilet paper, seat covers, etc.), fueling trucks, and managing waste disposal.

What Were Looking For:

* Experience with hand tools and power tools.
* Ability to work swing shift hours in Pacific, WA.
* A valid drivers license is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
* Self-motivated with a mechanical aptitude is a plus.
