**Job Title:** **Visual Specialist**

**Location:** **Hybrid (in-office T/W/T)**

**Work Schedule:** **Monday thru Friday**

**Contract Details:** **Ends 12/31/24** (possible conversion to permanent role based on performance)

**Pay Rate** **:** **$33.57hr**

The Visual Specialist is responsible for executing visual presentations for each floor set in alignment with the current company strategy established by cross-functional leadership. Additional responsibilities include supporting visual merchandising for monthly concept meetings, virtual merchandising, and participation in special projects.

**Reason for Opening:**

Backfill; the previous incumbent transitioned to full-time.

**Reporting:**

Reports directly to Visual Manager.

**Must-Haves:**

+ 2+ years of relevant experience

+ Previous experience in visual merchandising

+ Proficiency in Windows operating system and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

+ Previous experience with Bath & Body Works (or similar retailer)

**Nice-to-Haves:**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Art, or equivalent experience

+ Passion for and willingness to learn about international markets

+ Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

+ Strong communication and presentation skills

+ Willingness to take on leadership or support roles as needed

+ Ability to meet deadlines or communicate effectively when deadlines cannot be met

+ Confidence in one's work and a proactive attitude

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

+ Bilingual skills are a plus

**Responsibilities:**

+ Support the visual merchandising team by contributing to brand-enhancing visual merchandising presentations to drive traffic and conversion.

+ Execute creative concepts, seasonal floor sets, product launches, tests, and special projects.

+ Assist in prioritizing multiple projects for the Visual Manager to ensure timely achievement of visual/marketing milestones.

+ Deliver consistent, innovative merchandising solutions that enhance the in-store experience, drive traffic, and align with Brand objectives.

+ Stay updated on fashion, beauty, interior, and competitive trends to foster new and innovative thinking.

+ Conduct store visits to understand customer needs and identify future opportunities.

+ Approximately 90% of job responsibilities will involve virtual store design programming and developing in-store visual merchandising for select store formats.
