Overview

Our DME Driver Technician oversees the functions of equipment pickup, delivery, technical support, education, cleaning, maintenance, and service and repair. This is designated as a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for picking up and delivering equipment
* Provides technical support to patient, patient's family, caregivers, and other clients
* Provides education of equipment operations to patient, patient's family, caregivers, and other clients
* Implementing equipment cleaning and disinfectant program
* Assists in repairing, servicing, and maintenance of equipment
* Maintains confidentiality of all hospice patient records

Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent telephone and oral communications skills
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
* Ability to respond to supervisor, patients, families, business associates, and the general public
