Description:

- Independently lead and prepare CEQA/NEPA documents. - Preparation of impact analysis, working closely with EA analysts, sub-consultants, and project managers. - Prepares reports, recommendations, assessments, and impact statements based on data from the project at hand. - Provide planning support to complex projects. - Collaborates with engineers to research, analyze, and resolve complex environmental compliance challenges. - Responsible for project setup, project delivery, project controls, business development, client satisfaction, and profitability. - Mentor junior staff. - Develop and manage key client relationships locally and in Southern California. - Initiate, prepare, and review proposals. - Prepare project deliverables and project-related correspondence. - Direct and prepare Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, and supporting technical studies.
