Schedule
- Full-time or Part-Time | St. Cloud Hospital | Adolescent Mental Health Unit
- 72 hours every two weeks |12-hour days | 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- 60 hours every two weeks |12-hour days | 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- 48 hours every two weeks |12-hour days | 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Every other or every third weekend | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | Holiday rotation
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $18.11 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $17.28 - $25.89 per hour
- Full and part time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more
- $2,000 hiring bonus for eligible candidates
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
- 2 years of college with courses in psychology, sociology, and/or social work preferred.
- Six months experience in nursing assistant or similar role preferred.
- Must be able to effectively handle escalating behavior and utilize physical safety holds with aggressive patients.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) training initial and on-going training provided.
To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.

Our roots go back to 1886 when St. Cloud Hospital was built to serve the health care needs of people living in Central Minnesota. In 1995, CentraCare was formed, which today includes eight hospitals in St. Cloud, Long Prairie, Melrose, Monticello, Paynesville, Redwood Falls, Sauk Centre and Willmar. We also have more than 30 clinics, 11 senior housing facilities and seven long-term care facilities throughout the area.
