Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club is seeking a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team

Medical Technologist at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club:

* Responsible for the performance of services provided by the clinical laboratory.


* Perform laboratory testing with accuracy and precision before reporting.


* Maintains instruments as required per schedule to ensure integrity and precision, documents maintenance.


* Performs and reviews QC to validate test results. Follows defined protocol for investigating out of control runs; implements and documents action to be taken.


* Reports result in a timely manner and notify proper personnel of all critical and alert values immediately. Documents these actions.


* Participate in continuing education programs and hospital in-services.


* Any other tasks or services deemed relevant to your area.
