Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Pawling, located just 30 minutes from Poughkeepsie, NY, is seeking dedicated CNAs for all shifts. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, per diem, and weekends only

CNA Responsibilities:
  • Monitor residents' health and report issues to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist with personal hygiene and daily care.
  • Prepare meal trays and track food and fluid intake.
  • Feed residents and distribute nutritional supplements.
  • Maintain a clean environment by making beds and organizing spaces.
  • Transport residents within the facility.
  • Turn bed-ridden residents to prevent bedsores.
  • Ensure confidentiality of resident and facility information.
CNA Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a CNA program.
  • Current State Certification and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Compliance with Department of Health requirements.
