POSITION DESCRIPTION Under the direction and supervision of the SELPA Administrator, and within the scope of the license and credential, ensure the provision of educationally related mental health service coordination for children and families identified within the public education system and provide support and assistance to member LEA School Psychologists. Support districts in determining eligibility for Special Education and educationally related mental health services; assist school personnel in procuring needed mental health services, and monitor student progress; coordinate the delivery of appropriate services; maintain applicable records and prepare reports; train staff and other agency personnel in relevant matters.
