Overview

Job Title: Gift Shop Retail Clerk I, II, III

Salary: $20 +

Status: Full Time

Shift: Day, Swing

Responsibilities

* Provide a warm welcome to our internal and external guests.
* Ensure a 5 Star shopping experience for our guests.
* Answer all guest questions and proactively suggest items for purchase fitting their needs.
* Efficiently checking out guests, which involves ringing up the items, engaging the guest in conversation, collecting a form of payment for charges incurred and neatly wrapping the items purchased.
* Handle large amounts of currency accurately and efficiently.
* Assist guest with any concerns that they may have and record such comments and concerns.
* Complete and process all necessary paper work in neat and accurate manner.
* Answers the phone within three rings and with a smile.
* Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
