Compensation: $12-15/hour

THE ROLE
The Barista Expo is essential in ensuring the seamless flow of guest orders. As a primary coordinator, you'll
find fulfillment in your role, supported by a team dedicated to excellence in service and guest satisfaction.
Behind the counter, you'll efficiently communicate between guests and team members to ensure order
accuracy while prioritizing guest satisfaction.
Your attention to detail shines as you supervise guest requests, addressing specific food allergen
considerations to guarantee accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery to our valued guests. Whether
you're preparing food or drinks to be enjoyed “for here” or “to go,” alerting the team about unavailable
items, or providing detailed product descriptions to guests, your commitment to enhancing the overall
guest experience is evident.

Barista Expo Role

Ideal Pattern: Coordinator
As the primary contact for online and DoorDash orders, you'll oversee order fulfillment, tracking, and item
hand-off while ensuring prompt processing and accurate arrangement. Your commitment to delivering
exceptional service resonates with our core values, fostering an atmosphere centered on quality and guest
contentment and enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Coordinating the seamless movement and fulfillment of materials, baked goods, and beverages
● Efficiently communicating to ensure guest satisfaction and order accuracy, acting as a liaison
between team members and the guest to expedite the preparation and hand-off of drinks and food
items, and ensuring we have followed all special requests.
● Supervising guest requirements, including specific food allergen considerations, to ensure accurate
fulfillment of orders according to the ticket and timely delivery to the guest.
● Responsibility for serving food, whether to be enjoyed “for her” or “to go.”
● Alerting the team immediately and effectively about unavailable items.
● Exhibits full knowledge of the menu and all current items for sale and can translate this information
to inquiring guests.
● Acting as the point person for online and third-party orders, expediting their processing and
hand-off.
● Ensures guest satisfaction while assisting in daily operations to achieve common goals
● Drive loyalty through service excellence and quality that aligns with our values.
● Manage compliance with food and beverage policies as directed by the local health department.
● Ensures guest service stations are adequately stocked with paper products or beverage
preparation items.
● Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, utensils, dishes, work areas, and service areas.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Must be available on weekends and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
● Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
