Practice Information

* One BC/BE Family Medicine physician needed to join a group of ten
* OB experience is required
* Family Medicine call is 1:10, as call group includes four other FM physicians from other clinics in the community
* OB call group consists of 4 providers, in collaboration with two other clinics
* Opportunity to be as busy as you would like
* Support staff includes an MA, Care Manager, Pharmacist and RN for the department
* Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

Requirements

* American Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
* U.S. ACGME Residency

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$7.25 - $999.99
