(LMFT#or LMHC) # # NOTE: This position is required to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5 pm to 8:30 pm for CDIOP coverage. The remaining hours are very flexible.#

Job Summary

Education and Experience
Master's degree in social work or related field with experience working with patients with substance abuse and related diagnoses.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have LCAC and LCSW; or LCAC and equivalent of LCSW. (LMFT or LMHC)
NOTE: This position is required to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5 pm to 8:30 pm for CDIOP coverage. The remaining hours are very flexible.
