Duties:

As a LPN, you will work 1:1 with an individual in their home and support them with the following:

* Adhere to the outlined care plan
* Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
* Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and

procedures

* Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
* Assist with other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

* Current Georgia LPN license
* Three (3) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
