Supervisor Pharmacy - WWO Centralia-Centralia(HR)

This position provides department supervision and has daily operational control in the pharmacy. The Pharmacy Supervisor serves as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and is responsible for ensuring the pharmacy is in compliance with the Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations and other state and federal laws. Responsibilities include management of pharmacy operations, performance management including supervision of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks, and other pharmacy staff. The Pharmacy Supervisor will oversee workflow development, production efficiency, and operational execution. The Pharmacy Supervisor will be responsible for the executing the financial and growth strategies and budgets. Additionally, this position will assist the pharmacy leadership with implementation and promotion related to regional and system pharmacy strategies.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
* Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. Or
* Washington Pharmacist Temporary License upon hire. Or
* Washington Pharmacist Preceptor License upon hire.
* 1 year of Retail or Specialty practice experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* PharmD - Pharmacy or equivalent educ/experience
* 1 year of experience acting as a Pharmacist-in-Charge.
* 1 year of experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
