The Building Maintenance Technician III is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting & repair of all building systems. This individual will perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance tasks that optimize the efficiency, appearance & performance of the building.

To qualify you must...

* Eight (8) or more years of related experience is required
* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is preferred
* Previous health care experience is preferred
