Job Description

* Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.
* Administer Psychological Evaluations.
* Conduct Mental Health Screenings.
* Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner.
* Write recommendations based on clinical evaluation and interview for service track to be assigned based on FCO:
* SSI/SSDI
* Wellness
* Vocational Rehabilitation Services
* Career Center for Employment Services


* Determine need for additional assessment per observation
* Participates in team meetings to evaluate and improve clinical assessment processes, including providing input to the design of any review physician forms
* Participates in any required training related to the position and its responsibilities
* Understands and adheres to HRA policies and procedures and RWS standard operating procedures related to the clinical assessment process and physician review requirements, specifically
* Evaluations are conducted in the primary language of the client.
* Perform additional duties delegated by the CMO.

Qualifications

* Three years' experience in conducting medical evaluations resulting in functional capacity outcome determinations.
* Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven.
* Experience with publicly funded programs: TANF experience preferable.
* Fluency in a language other than English a plus
* Superior time management skills with ability to complete evaluations and written reports within very tight time frames.
* Excellent communication skills, particularly with individuals from a wide range of socio-economic background
* Ability to maintain and complete clinical documentation consistently.

Education:

* NYS Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Additional Information

Pay range: $100,000 to $115,000
