What Success Looks Like?

* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating machinery and equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
* PM scheduling experience
* Repair or replace defective parts and components.
* Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
* Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs.
* Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
* Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts and equipment.
* Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

What You Bring:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Technical certification in a relevant field is a plus.
* 3 years experience in a manufacturing facility
* Electrical Maintenance background with low and high voltage
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
* Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
* Own your own tools (speciality tools provided)
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
