Summary:

Due to recent growth, we are seeking highly motivated, and quality-minded installers of our premium automotive films. Your dedication to exceeding customer expectations and possessing a great work ethic in a team environment are the keys to success in joining our organization.

Core Duties

* Install automotive and/or window film with a high level of quality, perfection and efficiency
* Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
* Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
* Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance & punctuality
* Run XPEL's DAP software and cutting patterns
* Assist with day-to-day operations of installation shop
* Maintaining a clean work area
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED
* At least 1-2 years' experience in paint protection film or automotive window tint installation
* Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
* Must listen and follow instructions well
* Keen attention to detail
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety and time sensitivity a priority
* Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees in a multi-cultural environment
* Ability to pass a pre-employment/post offer background, MVR and drug screen.
