Become a crucial part of AMRO Music as a Piano Moving and Delivery Specialist. In this role, you'll join a dynamic team responsible for safely handling and transporting some of the world's finest instruments. This position requires physical strength, teamwork, and collaboration. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues who value open communication, strategic planning, and mutual support, ensuring every piano move is safe, efficient, and successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Piano Moving: Work as part of a skilled team to carefully move pianos within our facilities, to community organizations, and to customers' homes. Each move is a coordinated effort, requiring effective communication and strategic planning.
- Prioritizing Team Safety: Focus on safety by discussing and agreeing on moving strategies with your team before every move. Your role includes looking out for your teammates and ensuring everyone works together smoothly.
- Hands-On Support: Assist in the setup and delivery of pianos, ensuring each instrument is handled with the utmost care and respect. Your attention to detail and teamwork are essential in maintaining our high standards.
- Attention to Detail: Safety starts with accurately assessing routes, pathways, and the condition of the piano, allowing your team to make the safest and most efficient decisions during moves.

Requirements
Requirements:

- Physical Strength: Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects safely, with reasonable weight-lifting capabilities.

- Required Gear: Must wear steel-toed boots or shoes (we offer compensation for this requirement).
- Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Class F endorsement within two weeks of employment (we'll assist with the process).
- Some Flexible Availability: Willingness to work occasional Saturdays or Sundays when necessary.
