The registered polysomnographic technologist performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis, and associated interventions, under the general supervision of the Team Leader (RPSGT) and/or clinical director (MD) or designee. A registered poly tech can provide supervision to a trainee or student.

CPR certification required.

Minimum of 6 months experience performing sleep studies, with documented proficiencies in all required competencies is preferred.

EDUCATION:

High school graduate required.

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Recent experience in a Sleep Lab is preferred.
