Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Laboratory Technician with a primary focus on data entry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording and analysis of laboratory test data related to concrete, soils, and construction materials. The duties may vary based on the changing needs of the company, but the primary emphasis will be on maintaining precise records of laboratory findings.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter data from various laboratory tests, including but not limited to concrete, soils, aggregates, cement, and asphalt, into designated databases or software systems.
* Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate recording of test results and observations.
* Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing procedures.
* Work closely with Lab Manager to communicate test findings and provide necessary documentation.
* Compile and organize test data into comprehensive reports for internal and external use.
* Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data entry processes.
* Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay updated on relevant industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma
* Proven experience in laboratory settings, with a strong focus on data entry and management.
* Proficiency in using laboratory software and databases for data entry and analysis.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards is preferred.
