Shifts available: 12 Hours          

  • 6a-6p, 6p - 6a, 8a - 8p

  • Part Time, PRN 

              

Summary of Job Duties:

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Nursing management performs various direct patient care assignments pertaining to activities daily living  to assist in the care of patients. These duties will be performed in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.

LPN Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Evening shift

  • Holidays- Alternating

  • Monday to Friday

  • Overtime possible

     

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

  • Shift Differential

  • Retention bonus of $6,000 for full time LPN's

 

License/Certification:

  • LPN (Required)
