Responsibilities

The Associate and Occupational Health Coordinator performs a variety of general clerical and clinical duties to support the assigned area(s) or program.

* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Works well in a team environment.
* Comfortable working within and knowledge of EMR systems, medical terminology, and computer platforms highly desired.
* Critical thinking skills and at times being able to work independently are important in our outpatient environment.
* Specific training is provided for select clinical duties including but not limited to: Return to Work authorization checklist, Urine Drug screen collection, Fit Test and Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients.

Requirements

Education:

* High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
* Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.



Additional Preferences

* MA HIGHLY preferred.
* Hours are generally Monday - Friday and Day Shift with possibility of extended hours and some Saturday hours as needed to meet high volume needs.
