Responsible for accurately recording daily audit totals in a timely manner as required by Gaming Control Board.  

 

Essential Functions  

- Audits all areas of the casino/hotel using written checklists and Audit procedures

- Compute totals using adding machines (or calculators) and enter information from receipts into computer

- investigates unusual occurrences and variances and reports them to team leader

- Prepares exception reports for errors and violations of internal controls and gaming regulations or team established SOPs

- Files all documents and computer reports for future reference

- Performs other related duties as assigned

 


- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English

- Computer literate and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Ability to operate a 10-key 

- Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills 

- Strong attention to detail required

- Critical thinking and time management skills 

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information 

- Must have ability to work on your own but also work well with a team

- Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team
