Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate PRN caregivers to join our team in Atlanta/Buckhead, Georgia. As a Part Time healthcare professional in the franchise industry, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our senior clients in the Loganville area. This is a perfect opportunity for CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs looking for a flexible working schedule and an immediate start.

Compensation and Benefits:

We are proud to offer competitive compensation of $13 to $16 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we also provide paid training, ongoing support, and growth opportunities for our employees.

Responsibilities:

* Provide in-home care services to seniors in their homes
* Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
* Aid in medication reminders and help with meal preparation
* Assist with light housekeeping tasks and errands
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
* Follow the care plan as directed by the client's healthcare team
* Maintain accurate records and document any changes in client's condition
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Must be a certified PCA/CNA/HHA in the state of Georgia
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or related field
* Clean background check and drug screen
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
* Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors
* Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
