Testing Center Associate

Provides essential administrative support services for the Testing Center and Testing Center Director. Answers phone, email, and greets individuals as the first line of contact for the Testing Center. Interacts with students, test candidates, visitors, and guests while using exceptional customer service skills. Prepares and maintains monthly reports of exam activity. Schedules exam appointments and checks in testing candidates for all Testing Center exams. Administers a wide variety of in-person exams including numerous computer-based and paper-based tests to UNO students, individuals from the Omaha metropolitan region, and those requiring testing accommodations. Undergoes training and testing for certification to administer exams. Prepares, proctors, and returns exams while ensuring confidentiality throughout the entire testing process. Trouble shoots computer issues and contacts technical support for resolution assistance to resume and complete exam administration.
