**Description:**

The server assistant under the direction of the management team. The primary responsibilities include clearing and setting tables while providing exceptional service to your guests.

Duties&Functions

- Deliverprompt,excellentservicetoensureanexceptionalguestexperience

- Promptlyempty,clean,andsettables

- Clearitemswhenguestsarefinished

- Prepare, assist, and maintain all VIP reservation areas

- Assist with VIP Guest presentation to table

- Complete all guest requests in relation to service

- Ensuretablesarereadytoreceivearrivingguests

- Maintainspecificside-workandensurethetotalcleanlinessandsmoothoperationoftherestaurant

- Clearandresettables

- Communicateandassistfoodservers

- Handlecashtransactionsinaccordancewiththeproperty'scashhandlingpolicy

- Basicknowledgeoffoodandbeveragepreparation,servicestandardsandguestrelationsandetiquette

- Knowledgeofappropriatetablesettings,servicewareandmenuitems

- Maintainscurrentknowledgeofhotelculture,amenities,andservices,eventsinthearea,pointsofinterest,and services in the area

- Allothertasksanddutiesasassigned
