We are currently seeking a Director of Client Operations. This position, with Businessolver, it constitutes a professional-level occupation, one blending quantitative analysis, operations research, management science, and business principles. Consistent with these focus areas, the role applies associated knowledge and leadership in the specialized setting of health benefits administration, including through data-focused analytical applications, use of professional communication, problem-solving and operational studies. Full-time, permanent, immediately available role. Travel not required. Essential Duties:

* Will perform business analysis through quantitatively navigating and analyzing data to identify patterns, distill insights, map business action, and identify strategic and operational opportunities that drive value in new healthcare markets, promote operational efficiencies, improve business processes, and stimulate revenue growth.
* Responsible for business management, specific to health benefits administration; and for delivering sound operational execution, directly impacting Businessolver clients.
* Will consult with clients on health benefits and compliance administration by understanding the user base, business requirements, annual enrollment statistics, and will use this analysis to inform future business, product and service planning for Businessolver.com.
* Manages team performance, stimulates team-wide continuous improvement and makes adjustments to operations staffing by using metrics, analyzing data-focused value proposition dashboard, and through application of "Key Performance Indicators", e.g., client health scorecards (as one example).
* Manages business quality assurance in health benefits administration through operations research, process optimization and business strategy execution, and applies this to product releases, product updates, and system functionality problems and improvements.
* Performs operational and business analysis, identifying areas of business success in healthcare markets and targets, in addition to outstanding risks to Businessolver; and helps to design, execute and support go-to-market, business strategies involving new technology product and capital markets projects in health benefits administration, collaborating cross-functionally with Businessolver teams spanning project management, sales and production planning.
* Performs statistical and quantitative analysis contributing to technology product development.
* Engages in ongoing training on product releases, product updates and system functionalities; and helps Businessolver prioritize product roadmaps.
* Develops written business material, focused on capital markets for health benefits administration, and reflecting associated, quantitative "due diligence" performed.

Education and Experience Required:

* Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in business administration, management, communications or related field.
* 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in business and technology consulting for healthcare administration, benefits and compliance.
* Experience required must also include, and which may have been gained concurrently, 2 years of the following as well:
* Managing team performance using metrics and data, in order to drive timeliness of product delivery and corporate execution, and to stimulate continuous improvement and facilitate defect management.
* Performing project and operations-practice management and quality control in the context of business and technology consulting for healthcare administration, benefits and compliance.
* Evaluating team performance, facilitating employee career development and delivering personnel coaching, all as inherent in broader responsibility for managing professional personnel teams.
* Facilitating sound internal relationship management with key organizational stakeholders.
* Writing queries, analyzing data, performing client/user acceptance testing, and using metrics and dashboards to measure and monitor risk.
* Finally, please also be advised that the role needs (and which may likewise have been fulfilled concurrently, meaning obtained in the same course of getting what else is stated and specified as needed and required here) one year of the following:
* Performing requirements definition for healthcare applications, reflecting and attune to technical specifications.
* Developing risk mitigation plans and strategies.
* Writing defect summaries and creating reports.



The pay range for the position is 140K to 200K per year.
