By joining us, you'll become a part of an exciting and career-oriented work environment that fosters team-building with a rate of pay at $12.00/hour.

May work days, mids or evening shifts. Requires weekend & holiday availability.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register guests, ensuring collection of necessary information such as contact details and exact dates of stay
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
  • Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Address client complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs
  • Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in another customer-facing role is required
  • Experience with bookkeeping, Excel spreadsheets, or other accounting functions is required
  • Familiarity with computers, copiers, faxes, and other office equipment
  • Previous experience with answering multi-line telephones
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
