This is for Client: Ascension Health

This is a 12-hour shift three days each week, with the shift schedule being from 18:30 - 07:00, total of 36 hours per week. RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Need 2 Professional References. The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $53.65/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $44.81/hr, along with a per diem of $8.83/hr. Work Location: 1923 S Utica Avenue, Tulsa, OK, 74104.. Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $42.92/hr. Reward on non local rate: $7.40 /hr.

Summary

Shift Timings: 18:30 - 07:00 Hours Monday to Friday 3 days 12 hours shift

Per Week: 36 Hours

This department is a 28 unit, serving Neuro/Stroke unit, serving adult patients and does have telemetry capability. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:5-6. The unit is also supported by PCTs and a Healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring is available as well as monitor techs to monitor those on telemetry. NIH is required.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
