Job Description
Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for reviewing and processing adjustments for missing hours worked.
* Interacting with and answering questions from department timekeepers.
* Resolving disputes related to employee inquiries.
* Calculating and processing retroactive payroll adjustments.
* Processing termination payment
* Review payroll registers
* Verify the setup information in time and attendance system.
Qualifications
* Economics and Accounting - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
* Law and Government - Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules etc related to wage payments.
* Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, statistics, and their applications.
* Accounting software - Oracle / Peoplesoft HR
* Spreadsheet software - Microsoft Excel
* Time and Attendance software - Kronos
* Word processing software - Microsoft Word
