Job Summary:

In the role, the Infused Imaging Operator is responsible for preparing and running jobs on printers, ensuring the jobs are imaged properly and completed in a timely manner according to customer specifications. This individual is also responsible for troubleshooting printing and processing equipment issues. They interact heavily with Marketing and production personnel to ensure accurate communication and results. The Operator will always perform tasks in a safe manner and in compliance with company safety rules and guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Prepares, processes and packages jobs on the Infused Imaging production equipment
* Conducts in-process inspections and final inspections of printed materials to quality standards
* Responsible for quality of finished goods going to the end customer
* Troubleshoots problem areas in the printing process
* Creates, documents and follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities
* Communicates issues or developments in a timely manner to the Infused Imaging Manager
* Reports and tracks job progression and completion
* Continues to train and learn the technical applications involved in the printing and heating bed processes
* Maintains confidentiality of all information
* Ensures all activities conform to the requirements of ISO 9002
* Maintains work area in neat and orderly condition
* Participates with others in team improvement like Kaizen and Six Sigma
* Works overtime as required
* Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Any technical or vocational education is favored
* Strong color acuity required (test will be provided)

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
* Demonstrate basic computer knowledge and skills
* Background or experience in large format printing is a plus, but not mandatory
* Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently
* Engages others, builds relationships, and creates networks outside team. Checks in with different people to understand the bigger picture.
* Is curious, agile, engages in new experiences and looks for different perspectives
* Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
* Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
* Able to comply with the company?s safety policy at all times
* Able to comply with the company?s quality policy at all times.

Travel Requirements:

* Must be able to travel up to 5% of the time

Physical and Mental Requirements:

* Medium ? exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.
* Excellent interpersonal skills required
