Preadmission Screening Specialist

As a Full Time Preadmission Screening Specialist at Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging Inc, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills while working from the comfort of your own home (must live in one of our 27-county service areas in Minnesota). You'll be responsible for monitoring and assuring the quality of the preadmission screening referrals process, reviewing complex situations with empathy and professionalism, and assisting providers and lead agencies to ensure that older adults receive the quality care they deserve.

You'll need a bachelor's degree in social work*, gerontology, nursing*, or a related human service field with one year of experience.
