We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Command Center Dispatcher to manage a team of security guards. The ideal candidate will possess strong qualities such as excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of security protocols and and procedures.

Position Overview:

This Tour Commander position is responsible for handling the day-to-day maintenance of schedule coverage for Mulligan Security. This position requires the individual to be a well-organized, detail oriented, resourceful professional with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete Roll Calls for all sites. Informing Director and above of results of all via email.
  • NO CALL / NO SHOW immediately informs officer on duty he/she is to hold until properly relieved.
  • Notify the Director of the Officer who failed to show for duty and name of officer holding. Attempt to contact officer that did not show. Immediately attempt to find relief for officer holding. Overtime is to be used as a last resort.
  • Inform all via email when coverage is found and ETA of officer.
  • Receive all incoming calls and properly direct caller, if it is an officer reporting emergency take all information and relay it properly to Field Team, Director and above. In the event of a reported Emergency or Incident at a site: Immediately notify Account Manager/Director to respond to site.
  • Via Email report incident to Director of site and above and who is responding. Relay any directions from Director or above to officer.
  • Should you not receive an email from Director or above immediately contact by phone Director or Senior/Executive Director.
  • Advise all via email of the Final for incident.
  • Tour Commander will complete a Tour Report at the end of each tour and send via email to Director and Senior/Executive Director. Receive and give direction to the officer.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in scheduling systems
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Understanding of operational reporting

  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
  • Organized with an attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to learn new skill sets

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant certifications or education in security-related fields is a plus.
  • Experience as a security dispatcher, command center operator, or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and software used in dispatch operations.
  • A background in law enforcement, military, or security-related fields is desirable.
