Duties and Responsibilities
* Balance accounts from the day shift
* Process guest check-ins and check-outs
* Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake up calls and other concierge duties
* Handle guest requests and complaints employing other departments as necessary
* Manage and update all official documents pertaining to the role
* Ensure all end-of-day activities have been successfully reconciled
* Answer calls and queries on various internal and external communication lines
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong customer service ability
* 1-2 years of hotel night audit experience
* Advanced math and bookkeeping skills
* Computer-based knowledge such as data entry, accounting, invoicing, and billing
* Attention to detail and organization
* Time management and multitasking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
* Problem solver and ability to diffuse tense situations
* Able to work weekends and holidays
