Pay: $21/hr. (eligible for up to $1/hr. increase after 90 days based on performance)

Hours: M-F 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

WHAT DOES A TECHNICIAN DO?

* Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of vehicles not limited to waxing, leather conditioning, vacuuming and carpet shampooing.
* Conduct basic lube services, such as oil and filter changes, fluid top-ups, and tire rotations, adhering to manufacturer's specifications and established guidelines.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining services performed, and recommending additional maintenance or detailing options when necessary.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to car washing, detailing, and lube services.
* Assist with other automotive service tasks as needed or assigned.

Must Haves:

* Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and the ability to drive
* Oil Change and Tire Experience
* Previous experience in a leadership position preferably in the automotive field
* Self-directed with a high level of energy
* Interested in accuracy and doing what is right
* Be a team player, hardworking, and honest
* Be on time to work and reliable
* Basic computer and math skills, tech-savvy with a smartphone
* Must be comfortable with working outside in occasionally hot, cold, or dirty conditions
* Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
* Must be able to lift and move inventory items and other work-related items (up to 50 lbs.)

Nice to Haves:

* Customer service experience
* Fleet experience (rental cars, trucks, etc.)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job will involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust/dirt and exhaust fumes.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

* Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
