Join our seasoned staff of bartenders and serve historic cocktails in our historic restaurant. We are searching an experienced bartender with 1-3 years of bartending . We have two bars that include our main bar and our St. Vrain Bar that features a walk up bar and we occasionally have satellite bars for private events that require a bartender.

  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
  • Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
  • Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
  • Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
  • Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.
  • Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes.
  • Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
  • Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
  • Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries.
  • Ensures smooth operation of bar services during absence of supervisor.
  • Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.
  • Assists with orienting new employees to their work area.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays
