Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care.
  • Uphold standards of fairness and integrity in all aspects of nursing operations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, holding team members to high standards of performance and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to optimize patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with nurse supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the needs of the organization.
  • Willingness to work overnights as needed to ensure smooth operations and support the nursing team.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state RN license and current BLS certification.
  • Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
