Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a dedicated Emergency Department Technician to work in the Emergency Department at Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-time, Evenings position, with the shift from 11:00am to 11:00pm 36 hours a week.
The Emergency Department Technician will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs including:
* Activities of Daily Living
* Maintaining a safe environment
* Collecting lab specimens
* Intake and output monitoring
* Electronic medical record documentation
* An active EMT or CNA license is required for this position
