JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective:

The Bell Person is responsible for welcoming members and guests through the front door. They are the first impression of hospitality at the Club. As needed, they carry members' and guests' personal belongings to their overnight rooms.

Primary Functions:

  • Assists incoming and departing members and guests with luggage and other personal items
  • Escorts incoming members and guests to front desk, overnight room or other facilities
  • Escorts outgoing members and guests to automobiles, taxis and other forms of transportation

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull carts and luggage up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

  • No previous experience required

  • Interest in providing a high level of service for each member or guest that comes through the door
