LPN/RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

As an RN/LPN Supervisor, you will:

* Ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff
* Initiate and engage in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings
* Address triggered indicators within the Care Plan
* Collaborate with caregivers and other disciplines
* Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports
* Implement educational plans to adapt to changing needs
* Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering growth
