* Saint Luke's Health System Primary Care Clinic is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to be an integral part of our provider team that delivers high quality patient-centered medical care to our community. This position is responsible for assisting providers in the evaluation, management and delivery of professional medical care in a busy multi-specialty physician practice. This position is located at Saint Luke's Platte City and is full time Monday-Friday, with no holidays or weekends.
Responsibilities:
* Provide an excellent patient experience by managing the flow of patients, providing excellent customer service, establishing rapport with patients and maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Conduct Pre-visit plans, room patients and obtain vitals
* Phlebotomy
* Administer injections and coordinate vaccines
* Assist providers with procedures
* Utilize the EMR system and scan/download documents
* Conduct telephone screening (with protocols)
* Cover front office responsibilities as needed
In this position you will have the opportunity to make a difference in our patients' clinic experience so we are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and is eager to be a team player.
